Black Russian:
3 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
1 cup diced banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Place the vodka, Kahlua, banana, and ice cream in a blender and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour the smoothie into a wine goblet or glass and garnish… To make a White Russian, use the same ingredients in the above recipe except add 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur.
Egg Nog Martini:
2 ounces Stirrings Egg Nog
1 ½ ounces Captain Morgan Rum
Shaken with ice and served up in a Stirrings Egg Nog rimmed glass.
Hot Buttered Rum:
1 ounce Myer's Dark Rum
1 ounce Light Rum
Pat of Butter or Compound Butter (spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove and maple syrup)
½ ounce Simple Syrup
Hot water (can also try hot cider)
Mix all ingredients in a goblet glass and stir a few times to melt the butter. Garnish with cinnamon stick. (Try sweetening with maple syrup or brown sugar; hot tea can be used instead of hot water, Apple Jack instead of run.)
Irish Coffee:
1½ ounces Black Bush Irish Whiskey
1 ounce Brown Sugar Syrup
Coffee
Lightly whipped unsweetened cream
Combine whiskey, coffee and syrup in an Irish coffee glass. Ladle one inch of cream on top. Dissolve equal parts of brown sugar and water together.
Mudslide Madness:
1 to 1 ½ tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
1 to 1 ½ tablespoons Baileys Original Irish Cream or other Irish cream liqueur
1 to 1 ½ tablespoons vodka
¾ cup diced banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Velvet Hammer:
¾ ounce Triple Sec
¾ ounce white creme de cocoa
2 ounces heavy creme
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail/martini glass. Dust with nutmeg.
