Chocolate Martini:
1½ oz vanilla vodka
1½ oz chocolate liqueur
1 cherry
Mix vanilla vodka and chocolate liqueur in shaker filled with ice. Strain into either wine glass or martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Chocolate Martini #2:
1½ oz vanilla vodka
1½ oz chocolate liqueur
1½ oz half-and-half
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Dirty Martini:
2 oz gin
¾ oz dry vermouth
1 oz olive juice
2 olives
Place ice cubes in a cocktail glass. Fill a mixer with all ingredients including garnish. Cover and shake hard 3 - 4 times. Strain contents of the mixer into the cocktail glass and serve.
Dry Martini:
2 oz gin
¾ oz dry vermouth
1 olive
Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve.
Electra Martini:
1 oz. Mezzaluna Vodka
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
2 oz. Quady Electra White
Twist of orange peel
Add all ingredients to martini shaker over ice, shake gently and strain into chilled sugar rimmed glass.
Egg Nog Martini:
2 ounces Stirrings Egg Nog
1½ ounces Captain Morgan Rum
Shaken with ice and served up in a Stirrings Egg Nog rimmed glass.
French Martini:
1½ ounces Grey Goose Vodka
½ ounce Chambord
1½ ounces Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. If shaken very hard, the pineapple will foam up nicely and no garnish is necessary.
Nutty Bean Martini:
2 parts Vincent Van Gogh double espresso vodka
1 part Frangelico Liquor
