Classic Margarita:
1½ ounces Jose Cuervo Tequilla
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
 
Shake ingredients thoroughly with ice and strain into a Margarita glass or serve on the rocks. If desired, rim the glass by dipping the wet rim into Kosher salt. Garnish with a lime wedge.
 

Cosmopolitan:
1½ ounces Absolut Citron Vodka
¾ ounce Cointreau
¼ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
1 ounce Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail
 
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
 
 
Gimlet:
2½ ounces Tanqueray Gin
½ ounce Roses or Angostruta Lime Juice
 
Shake ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass or serve over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
 
 
Manhattan:
2 ounces Jim Beam Rye Whiskey
1 ounce Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
2 dashed Angostura Bitters
 
Pour all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and stir as you would a martini. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. (Note: If you prefer a dry Manhattan, use dry vermouth and garnish with a lemon peel.)
 
 
Mojito:
1½ ounces Bacardi Superior White Rum
¾ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
1 Mint Sprig and 4 Mint Leaves
 
Gently muddle one mint sprig with the simple syrup and the lime juice in the bottom of a highball glass. Add the rum and the ice and top with no more than two ounces of club soda. Garnish with a generous sprig of mint.
 
 
Whiskey Sour:
1½ ounces Crown Royal
¾ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Simple Syrup
 
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry and slice of orange.
